Advanced Nitrox
The advanced nitrox course examines and delves deeper into the ins and outs of nitrox mixes from 22-100% oxygen content. The course includes information on methods for mixing gases, best mix consumptions, diver planning, gas consumption calculations, equipment considerations and an in depth coverage of CNS and oxygen toxicity and how to track your oxygen intakes. The course is a fantastic way for divers to understand the effect that breathing different gas mixes has on our nitrogen intake, the great benefits of varying gas mixes but also the dangers that come alongside this. This course will give you greater knowledge and confidence in your diving, helping you understand what we do and why we do it.

Course Prerequesits
Minimum age 18, 15 with parental consent
Minimum certification: SDI Open Water Scuba Diver or equivalent
Proof of 25 logged open water dives
